On January 1, 2008, Columbia Park Medical Group (CPMG) and Fairview Health Services merged to enhance health care in the northern suburbs of the Twin Cities. Now is the perfect time to schedule camp, sports and back-to-school physicals for your children. Annual physicals are important to keep children healthy and active. Columbia Park clinics offer convenient appointments, including special extended hours in August for well-child check-ups. Call 763-572-5700 to make an appointment or request an appointment online. Some clinics also offer special appointment hours at their Back-to-School Clinics.

All Columbia Park Medical Group Clinics and Andover Urgent Care will be closed on Friday, July 4, 2008. Brooklyn Park Urgent Care will be open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
