Insurance Change
Fairview's ability to accept Beech Street insurance at any Fairview clinic (including the former Columbia Park Medical Group sites) will end on Jan. 31, 2009. Click here for more information.

Fairview Urgent Care
Two Urgent Care locations have been added (Andover and Brooklyn Park) to Fairview Urgent Care, no appointment needed.
Hours are Monday-Friday, 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Saturday-Sunday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
