Columbia Park Medical Group offers care for every aspect of a woman's life. From puberty through child bearing years and beyond menopause, the obsetetrics and gynecology department is a central part of our committment to your health. Our department consists of board certified/eligible physicians, nurse practitioners, a physician assistant, and a skilled medical staff. Together, we offer complete obstetric and gynecologic care.
Obstetrics
We provide obstetric care tailored to the individual needs of each of our patients. We know that your pregnancy is a wonderful time for your whole family and we appreciate your trust in us to care for you during this joyous time. We provide a full range of obstetric services:
 Pregnancy confirmation
Prenatal care
Antenatal testing including first and second trimester screening
Ultrasound
Non-stress and biophysical profile testing
Delivery, including operative vaginal and cesarean delivery (c-section)
Gynecology
We are experts in the care of women in all phases of life. From pubertal changes to menopause, we offer a full range of gynecologic services:
Routine health maintenance
Cervical cancer screening and treatment
Pediatric and adolescent issues including delayed or abnormal puberty
Menstrual irregularities
Vaginal infections
Breast cancer screenings
Osteoporosis screening and treatment
Menopause management
Contraceptive counseling and treatment
Gynecologic Surgery
We provide a wide range of gynecologic surgical services designed to treat everything from pelvic masses to pelvic relaxation and prolapse. We are dedicated to providing our patients the very latest in surgical technologies. Foremost in this is our commitment to minimally invasive surgical procedures. These include laparoscopic hysterectomies, removal of ovarian cysts, treatment of endometriosis, and tubal sterilization. Additionally, we perform hysteroscopic evaluation of bleeding, endometrial ablation and sterilization.
Obstetrics and Gynecology services are at all five Columbia Park Medical Group clinic sites.

Appointments
Appointment times are availabe from 7:30 a.m. until 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Our scheduling staff is available to take your calls to request appointments from 7 a.m. until 9 p.m. Monday through Friday and on weekends from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. by calling (763) 572-5700. Appointments may also be made at your convenience by visiting appointments at www.cpmg.org. We will be happy to provide you with directions, inform you of what to bring to your appointment as well as answer your billing and insurance questions.
Hospital
All of our physicians are on staff at Unity Hospital at 550 Osborne Road in Fridley. Unity Hospital is a 271 bed hospital with the latest in technology and comfort during your stay. All obstetric admiissions are at Unity Hospital's Family Birthing Center.
