Workers' Compensation Injury Management
Few programs translate into greater bottom-line health care savings than a workers' compensation injury care management program. Helping your employee return to work healthy and productive with a minimum of time lost is a primary objective we understand and can help you achieve. Injury Management services include:
Emergency care and treatment of the acutely injured worker
Follow-up treatment and care
Medical management from inital evaluation to the time of maximum medical improvement and/or return to work
In-house physical therapy
Frequent and clear communication
Completion of insurance forms
Coordinated emergency room services and referral to other medical specialists
In-house X-ray (Blaine also has in-house CT and MRI when necessary)
About
our Occupational Medicine Team
Our Department of Occupational Medicine consists
of two physicians who are board certified in preventive
medicine occupational medicine who see patients at our Brooklyn Park and Columbia Heights Clinics. We also have ancillary staff dedicated to Occupational Medicine Services Only.

For the efficiency of your employee/applicant's care, we ask that you call (763) 572-5717 (Occupational Medicine Line) before sending them to the clinic. Our staff will direct your employee/applicant to the site where there is the most immediate Occupational Medicine availability or if non-emergency, schedule an appointment. The Occupational Medicine Line is monitorerd from 7:30 a.m. - 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. (Except for holidays)
Outside of the Occupational Medicine hours your employees may be sent to any of the CPMG Urgent Caresites (Andover or Brooklyn Park Clinics) on a walk-in basis. Our board certified physicians work closely with our occupational medicine department in coordinating your care. We recommend that occupational medicine patients visiting urgent care schedule a follow up visit with their ocupational medicine provider.
